Aziz Aziz, a Tajik writer, says that the Tehran Book Fair has provided a good opportunity for Tajik publishers to get to know the books of Iranian authors and to discuss with them about the copyright of their books in order to publish them in Tajikistan.

According to the news headquarters of the 34th Tehran International Book Fair, Tajik writer, Aziz Aziz, referring to his familiarity with Iranian poets since his childhood, said: When I was a child, I heard a poem by Iraj Mirza and this poem impressed me. At first, I thought this poet was from Tajikistan, but later I realized that it is a poet from Iran.

He adds: I said to myself, what does it matter which country the poet is from, so much so that these two countries, these two nations, have cultural similarities that there is no difference between their literature, and for an Iranian and a Tajik child, what difference does it make where the poet or writer is from, because they have common religion and language.

Regarding the Tehran Book Fair, he also says: I was present at the beginning ceremony of the book fair and I was impressed. So far, I have purchased 30 book from this fair.

Tajik writer says: By attending this exhibition, I was influenced by the books published in Iran, including Ofoq Publication. This is the first time that I attend to the Tehran Book Fair and I want to publish Iranian books in Tajikistan.

Aziz adds: I have chosen some books and we are going to publish them in Tajikistan. For example, we plan to publish books by Masoumeh Yazdani and Yahya Alavi's poems in Tajikistan.

The Tajik author emphasized: This exhibition has provided us with a good opportunity to get familiar with the books of Iranian writers and to be able to discuss with them about the right of their works in order to publish them in Tajikistan.
