Turkish writer Ahmet Efe says: For the next year, we would like to bring more books in the field of educational books to the Tehran International Book Fair.

Ahmet Efe, the author from Turkey, told the news headquarters of the 34th Tehran International Book Fair: Because some may not be able to travel to other countries, including Iran, books are a way that we can know about the literature and culture of a country.

He adds: The book is the most important method of public diplomacy to communicate with other countries.

He says: As a writer, I have been invited to the 34th Tehran International Book Fair and I am currently visiting and reviewing the books in the exhibition.

He adds: Some books are so attractive that I have taken pictures of them to prepare them later. I hope this fair will be held again and good things will happen between Iran and Turkey.

The Turkish writer adds: I have been invited to the exhibition by the Ministry of Culture of Turkey and I have brought only a part of my books in the field of children and teenagers. I also write about novels and religion.

At the end, he adds: Currently, we have talked with some publishers about some of the books, such as children and teenagers, literature and novels. For the next year, we would like to bring more books in the field of educational books.

The 34th Tehran International Book Fair with the slogan “the future is to be read” started on the 10th of May and will continue until the 20th of May 2023 in the Mosque of Imam Khomeini and simultaneously on ketab.ir.
