Ministry to grant supportive facilities to publishers of decency and hijab related themes

IRI Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance has decided to grant supportive facilities to any publishers which promote decency and hijab in society, the minister told the press office of the 24th Tehran International Book Fair.
Sayyed Muhammad Husseini said the chastity-oriented measure had come in line with the motto of the 24th edition of the book fair, namely "promotion of religious knowledge and cultural insight," adding the ministry will grant supports to any such works that helps motivate the individuals in society to safeguard decency.
The minister touched on the cultural aspect of the fair and the spiritual side of the venue (as a grand mosque) and urged any inspectors to or keepers of pavilions in the fairground to observe the Islamic code of clothing.
